我很高興成功連任為立法會金融服務界議員，亦非常感謝業界在選舉期間，對我的支持和信任。

展望未來4年，我會積極落實在選舉政綱內提及的上市和市場改革，幫助中小企改善經營環境，持續激活證券市場；並會致力提升期貨及衍生品地位，以及促進黃金全方位發展，進一步提升及鞏固香港國際金融中心的地位。

期望與業界同仁，繼續攜手奮鬥，團結一起,令金股期匯，百花齊放。

Thank you for your support and for re-electing me as the Legislative Council Member for the financial services functional constituency.

Over the next four years, I will focus on implementing market reforms, improving the business environment for small and medium sized enterprises, energizing the securities markets, elevating the importance of futures and derivatives and pushing for comprehensive gold development. This all should contribute to reinforcing Hong Kong’s role as an international financial center.

I look forward to working with you in “Making Markets Thrive”. Thank you once again for the trust you have placed in me.
